Noordhoff is committed to training, education, learning and development. Noordhoff Zorg is a division of Noordhoff, it was created to contribute to education in healthcare and continuing education in healthcare. Noordhoff Zorg is here to make learning and working for employees more fun, easier, smarter and better. They focus on innovation and personalized help. With this vision, Noordhoff Zorg (formerly Noordhoff Professional) tries to improve healthcare as a whole.

THE CHALLENGE

To improve Noordhoff Zorg's customer journey, we were asked to merge three websites into one. The challenge for us was to filter all the information, redistribute it and come up with a new design.

OUR WORK

We analyzed the three separate websites and extracted the essential components. Before we started with developing a new website, we first created an overview of all components and formed a new navigation. Through the forms, which we incorporated into the redesigned website, visitors can request a personal interview with an accountmanager. On the website, we divided the information into industries and learning solutions. This way, users can quickly find the information they need.
